Today we took the kids to a Stake Safety fair for family night. It was pretty cool. The gave police rides. We were able to watch life flight land and take off and look inside. I was surprised how little space there is in their. They also had a K9 unit come and show how the dogs are used. and they had finger print kits out for the kids. It was a nice night out with the family and it was good to see a bunch of my old friends from old wards! This better be the only time they are in a cop car!!! ;)
"Feelings of worth can flourish only in an atmosphere where individual differences are appreciated, mistakes are tolerated, communication is open, and rules are flexible -- the kind of atmosphere that is found in a nurturing family."
