Sweet Betty

I had to take this picture. For Family night we took the kids on the boat and I had to get this picture of Betty in her new birthday Jammies wearing her cute headband that Sherri taught me how to make. (thanks Sherri) She looked so beautiful I couldn't resist.

Airplane Fun

My mom called me today and asked me if I wanted to take the kids with her and Amy and her family to the Provo Airport to see some old fashion war planes that they had on display for people to come and see. It was defiantly small but it was neat to see the different planes. The kids also enjoyed watching the planes land and take off. They even got to see a helicopter take off right in front of them. I never realized that Provo Airport had so many planes and helicopters taking off from their each day.

When we finished we took the kids to the Provo river to feed the ducks. When I was a little girl my grandma use to take us there every year to feed the ducks and there were tons of them. Today there were only 3. The kids enjoyed feeding them but it didn't take long with 6 kids throwing bags of popcorn to fill them up and send them up stream so the kids decided to play in the river. it was surprisingly cold compared to the lake.

Happy 1st Birthday Betty!!

Happy Birthday my sweet little princess!! I cant believe that my sweet little girl is one years old!! This past year has gone by sooo fast. I am so blessed to have my sweet family.

We did a princess party for my sweet little girl. We had some fun princess crowns that my good friend Carol made for the girls (thanks Carol! Your the best)!! Then each of the girls made princess wands thanks for the stars Ginny, and with the Greene family we played kiss the frog like pin the tail on the donkey. We did 2 parties because of sickness going around the Greene family.

It was so much fun spending time with all our friends and family members! Thanks to all of you who came and got her a gift! You all are amazing and it was fun to have everyone here to help us celebrate with us.

Take me out to the Ball Game....

Today Hunter had his 1st t-ball game!! He was so excited! He did so good! Hit the ball on the first try and when it was time for them to be in the out field he was chasing after each ball that was hit and one time he even threw the ball to 1st base and hit the poor kid right in the stomach. It was total chaos. One of our kids hit the ball and ran strait for 2nd base and the kids only play for 40 minuets and because it was crazy they only got to hit 2 times and the game was over.

This was Hunters 2nd game and it was so cute! Every time the kids are in the out field Easton wants to go out their and be with Russell. So he puts him on his shoulders or has him stand in his back pockets. its so cute! Also the 2nd game was so much better. The kids are getting the hang on it and they were able to hit 4 different times! YEA!!

Happy Fathers Day to my sweet heart!! We were so excited to give dad his Fathers Day Gifts. So as soon as we got home from church we pulled out our gifts. Hunter gave him a card that played the Indiana Jones song he was so excited to give it to him. Hunter also gave him a combination hunting license. Easton gave him his card. He was so excited that he opened it himself. He gave him a new Hunting Chair and Betty gave him a bag of treats.

Strawberry Days Fun.

Today we took the kids to the carnival at During Strawberry Days. When we got there we were excited to find out that because the City of Fun Carnival is celebrating their 50th anniversary that each ticket was only .50 and because it was family night it was only 1 ticket per ride. We had been their about 15 minuets and it started to down pour. We ended up hanging out under one of the pavilions until it slowed down a little and took them on the rides and they had a lot of fun as you can see.

Today I decided to take Betty and enter her into the Saratoga Springs Baby Contest. I was so excited when I got their and seen that they were doing pictures. I figured even if she didn't win we still get a picture out of it and that makes it all worth it.

I know that everyone who doesn't win always has an excuse for why they didn't win so here's mine :)!! They were suppose to have the age categories broken up 0-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12 months and up. Because they didn't have a lot of people enter they ended up combining 0-12 months in the same catagory and I would say by seeing the kids their that 80% of the kids entered was under a year and thats just a lot of kids.

I don't care if she won! it was a lot of fun and I know that she is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And look at these cute pictures I got out of it!!! Isn't she just precious! I also have to thank Sherri for letting me run to her home to make Betty this flower to match her outfit! it turned out amazing and topped off the entire outfit!!
