Hunter Looses his 1st Tooth!!!

YEA - Yesterday Hunter lost his 1st tooth!! On Thursday we went to the dentist to get the kids teeth cleaned and the dentist notice that his 2 front teeth were somewhat loose but he said it would be a while before they came out. The kids did so good at the dentist that I decided to take them to my moms and we went to the park.

Hunter started to walk up the slide and slipped and hit his front teeth. I noticed that it knocked one of them loose even more. Friday morning we got up and brushed his teeth and he was telling me that the same tooth he hit was hurting him.

As the day went on it was apparent that it would come out. We went to Russell's work and the two of them pulled it out together!! He was so excited that they put it in the envelope to put under his pillow for the Tooth Fairy!

He woke up at 7:30 this morning (as most of you know he very rarely is up before 9:00) so excited that the Tooth Fairy had come and left him 2 dollars!! He was so cute he asked me if I thought he should put it in his piggy bank, I told him that it was his money to do with what he wants and that it didn't have to go into his savings, he is already talking about how he is going to spend it!

Easton was so cute he wanted to be in on the pictures as well so I have also included a picture of him holding Hunters tooth!

First Boat Ride of the Season

Russell went and de-winterized the boat yesterday. The kids were so excited that as soon as he got home from work we took the boat out for a ride! We had a family friend Rick Cravens come and go with us and the boys harassed him until he jumped into the 67 degrees water. He was such a great sport that he did. Then Hunter wanted to get in and swim so the 2 of them swam for like 10 minuets. I felt so bad that I forgot my camera so I used Russell's phone to capture some of the fun! The pictures of Rick and Hunter didn't turn out darn, they were cute but here are 2 that show some of the fun! Were going again today so I will remember my camera this time! For all of our wake boarding friends, the season is here so give us a call!!!
LETS GO BOATING!!!!

Hunters Pre-school Graduation

Today was Hunters Pre-school graduation!! He did so good and looked so cute. I personally Loved him in his glasses!! He sang his own song all by himself and said a part as well. He was so cute every time he would look at us he would give us a thumbs up or would wave at us! We had a lot of fun seeing all the things that he has learned.

This is a picture of Hunter with his Pre-school teacher Mrs. Harmon She is a GREAT teacher and I know that Hunter really enjoyed being in her class. The other picture is a little girl named Campbell. She has a big crush on Hunter and her mom said that every day after school she would come home and say Hunter this Hunter that Hunter, Hunter, Hunter. I think she is a keeper dont you!! She is a dang cute little girl!!

The Baby Shower

For those of you who want to know this is a picture of my grandma Betty! This is who my daughter is being named after. She is the best grandma to have and I love her so much!! She is so excited about having a grand child named after her and after the shower she came up to me and rubbed my belly and said now you take care of Betty and smiled!!

Thank you so much to all of you who attended and the wonderful gifts. I was so excited to see so many of you come and I am so greatful for all of your friendships!! I was sad because the lense on the camera was dirty and most of the pictuers taken were all blurry or I would have posted more. Betty is going to be one of the best dressed little girls all summer!!

Russell's New's "Trophy"

Russell came home from his big hunt pretty excited!! The bear that he got is the 2nd biggest bear that has been taken in the history of the guide which is over 20 years. His bear from crown to rump measures over 9 FEET tall!!
The kids were so excited to see the bear. All night long Easton kept saying lets go see your bear dad! and when they saw it they were excited and Hunter had to go and get his toy bear that is a Grizzley so that it could be in the picture.

Every time Russell goes on a trip he always brings something home for the family. On this trip he brought the kids home a "bear hunting" outfit. They were so excited that they ran up stairs and each of them got a gun and binoculars so that they could hunt the "bear" in the house and it was so cute Russell crawled around on the floor like he was a bear and the kids shot him like they were on the bear hunt.
As you can see they were having a lot of fun chasing him around the house.

If you can call it a VACATION!!

O.K. So this was suppose to be our "break" from the stresses of life and a family vacation!! So where do you go but to the Happiest Place on Earth right?

We were suppose to leave Sunday morning. Saturday Morning Hunter woke up and was coughing and we thought it sounded like croup. We took him to the insta-care and found out that it wasn't croup just a virus that was going around and the gave him a strong antibiotic and so Russ and I went home and we decided to post pone the trip and called the travel agent and to make a long story short, we couldn't change the dates until the fall and without several hundred dollars.

So we decided to see how Hunter was doing Sunday Morning. We woke up and he was doing a lot better so we decided to go. We get to the Airport and both Russell and I are not feeling well. We board the plane and take off. With in 10-15 minutes I got sick and there were no throw up bags at my seat, so I rushed to the bathrooms and both were being used. So needless to say I threw up all over. Not fun, but I felt somewhat better.

We get to California. Get our rental car and get checked in to the hotel. We decided to take the kids to Disneyland. We were able to go on several of the rides until the sun went down and it got cold. We decided to go back to the hotel because we had 3 days still. ha ha. At 3:00 am Russell woke up in a lot of pain. We rushed him to the emergency room and found out that he had a Kidney Stone. He was given pain pills and was sent to the hotel to rest and let it pass. The kids were great. Easton, Russell and I went to sleep and Hunter watched Cartoons. Around noon-ish I woke up and Hunter was so awesome!! So I took him down to the pool to swim while we waited for the stone to pass. When we came back up about 1 hour later Russell was doing a lot better so Hunter and I went for lunch.

We then decided to go to Disneyland with the kids. Trying to make the best out of the trip. I pushed the stroller around the park with both the kids because Russ is still recovering and sore. We went on a few rides and watched a parade and then it got cold and so we decided to go back to the hotel. I woke up that night and I had hurt my back and couldn't hardly move. I tried several times throughout that day to get out of bed and could hardly move so around 2:00 I told Russ to take the kids over because I didn't feel it was fair to have them stay at the hotel again!!
They returned to the hotel that night and the next morning we both got up and took the kids to Disneyland California until 2:00pm and then we went to the airport and flew home.

What a trip ha?? Hopefully next spring we can try it again with better luck!! Hunter was great about the entire thing. He actually thought that Disney Land opened until the afternoon. He never wined about going over when we couldn't. He's a great kid!!!

Bountiful Blessings

There are 3 girls in my family. My older sister to the right and my little sister to the left. We are all having babys this year. My little sister had her baby on April 13th, I am due July 12 (I am planning on the middle of June) and my older sister is due in October. I thought it would be fun getting a picture of us at each stage: Almost done, 1/2 way, and just getting started!
