Hunter's Best Friend - Cameron's Baptism

Today we were blessed to be able to attend the Baptism of Hunters Best friend Cameron.  I love to be able to attend things like this.  The spirit is so strong. Dont they look like little men? Man they grow up so fast.

Merry Christmas!!

Here is a picture of all the things the family got for Christmas early before everyone woke up.  Santa spoiled my kids just like every year.

One of the most exciting things that we bought for the kids this year is the 4-wheeler.  Its a Polaris Sportsman 90.  We are so excited for the kids to see it.

When the kids woke up they came out and said hey cool we got helmets.  Still having no idea about the 4-wheeler in the garage.

 At this point the kids had just gotten done opening the presents and I had to have them sit in the middle of the room.  there was so much wrapping paper that we could have easily barried them all in it.  Right after this picture we took the kids to the garage and showed them the 4-wheeler.  They were jumping up and down and screaming they were so excited.  I tried to take a picture of them on it but it was 6:00 am and the sun hadn't come up yet and it was too dark and you couldn't see anything but they were driving up and down the road and were super excited.

Betty got a Monkey Pillow Pet from Grandpa and Grandma Greene.  Can you see how much she loves it already.

Grandma and Granpa Greene gave Hunter and Easton Table Pool and Table Air Hockey.  Can you tell by Hunters face he loves it!!  Kim and Sherry gave Russell and I $100.00 Wal-mart gift card to use towards a new camera or tv.

Grandma and Grandpa Godfrey gave the kids each a game and 2 outfits.  Hunter got Sorry.  Easton got connect 4 and Betty got Squinkies Memory.  They loved it we came home and played games all night long.  Mom and Dad gave me an online Scrapbooking program and some embrodered hand towels that are super cute.  They gave Russell some nice sweaters.  What a great Christmas!

One of the traditions that I have done since the kids were born is have them all sit on the couch and set out all of the things they got for christmas and take their picture with it all.

This year Betty was beat.  I set up her entire couch all around her with all the gift as she slept on through the entire thing.  But then I had to take a picture of her sleeping.  it was a long day but full of fun!

Christmas Eve Family Parties

Every year we have 2 family parties on Christmas Eve,  The Greene Family Party and the Godfrey Family Party.  At the Greene party we eat, sing songs, and Santa comes.  We get to do a cousin exchange for gifts and games.  The kids were so excited to be able to see Santa.  After the Greene Family Party we go to the Godfrey Family and eat dinner.  Do a small talent show with all the kids and then Grandma gives each one of the grand kids a gift to open and it always their pj's for Christmas eve.  they all know and are all excited to see what they look like and then change into them and get ready for bed so Santa can come.

I love this picture.  We are really lucky to be able to have Great Grandma Frampton come to our Godfrey family part.  Betty loves Great Grandma and was giving her loves so I took the opportunity to snap a few pictures of the two of them.  My sweet Grandma and girl!!  Love it!

Easton's Saratoga Springs Wrestling Tornament

This is Easton's 2nd Wrestling Tournament  he did so good!  I get so nervous before he starts because I want him to succeed so much.  Hunter is my picture taker.  Thank goodness because I cant video and take pictures too.  Here is Easton getting ready to start his 1st match.

He pinned this boy within the 1st few minuets of the round.  Poor boy look at his face.  I have to say I was proud of Easton.  He pinned him doing a 1/2 nelson.

He lost his 2nd match to points but did really well.

Happy 6th Birthday Easton

Today is Eastons 6th Birthday.  We decided that since its so close to Christmas that we are going to do a 1/2 birthday for him every August 14th.  With that said I could not let my sweet boys birthday go by without getting him a few gifts.  Since Easton knew he could open his presents any time he choose on his birthday.  So he slept with his presents last night and woke up at 6:00am before school and wanted to open his gifts.  So up we all got as you can see we were not all awake but we were up and watched Easton open his gifts.

Our Annual Christmas Lights Trip

Every year all of the family on the Greene side meet to go to dinner for Grandpa Greene's birthday.  we eat at Prestwich Farms and then go see the Christmas lights at the Spanish Fork golf course.  Here's everyone loading up in the back of the truck so we can drive through and see the lights.

Easton's 1st Wrestling duel at Timpanogas High School

We are so excited.  Easton has been doing his wrestling camp now for almost 2 months.  We have been trying to decided when to start entering him in some tornaments.  Today we were invited to attend a duel between some of the other schools wrestling camp for fun so we took Easton so he could see what a tornament would be like and see how he would do.  We were so proud of him. He didn't win but he had so much fun wrestling and was able to compete easily with the other kids that he wrestled and he saidit was fun and he wants to do it again.

Since throwing my camera into the lake I have been waiting for a good price on a new one.  While shopping on Black friday for Christmas I got me a new camera for 49.00.  What a bargan.  So when I got home with it we took some fun pictures just playing with the camera and I wanted to post them.

Years 1st Snow Storm!

Tonight was the 1st snow storm of the year.  It was funny, I had gone to the movies with Sherri and Russell had gone out of town so the kids were with a babysitter.  I asked her to keep the kids up and bless her heart she did.  And she probably thought I was crazy but boy did we have fun at 11:00pm having a snowball fight.  Here are the pictures I took of the kids out in the snow.

Boy am I glad that I had the kid stay up and play in the snow because, little did I know that would be the only substantial storm of the entire season.  We never received another snowstorm where they could even make a snowball.  Carpe Diem Baby

Friends and Fun!

Betty had her friend over Jaylee Nelson they were watching a movie and she went and got them a pillow, blanket and I poped them popcorn.  When they were sitting on the couch you know me out came the camera!  Couldn't miss this picture oppertunity.  Especially seeing how they have been friends since the day they were born.
