 The kids with Grandma Frampton.  She was so excited to see you.  She had put on her pj's and was getting ready for bed because she didn't think anyone was coming.  What a Fun Surprise to her to open the door to these 3 cute kids!!  We wouldn't have ever dreamed of not going to see her.  Its tradition.  Sure Love it!

Hunters Pinewood Durby

Today is Hunters Pinewood Derby.  He is so excited, He was given his car over 1 month ago and Russell had the entire car cut, sanded, painted and decorated within 24 hours.  So this day was a long day waiting.

On Hunters 1st run he was so excited his car took 2nd place.  He was jumping up and down.

 Here is a picture of Hunter after his car ran its 1st race.

 This was a big day in Hunters life, Not because its the pinewood derby of course.  After the 1st run of Hunters car one of the kids picked it up at the bottom of the track and dropped it and bent the wheel.  At first he though it was Easton.  He was so upset.  He put in on the track the next time up and he took 4th place.  He was not happy.  He started to cry and went out in the hall and didn't want to race it any more.  Russell talked to him and told him that like this pinewood derby race that things in life happen good or bad that you don't have any control over and its up to you to decided how to react. Hunter being so responsible and wiser than he is old.  Came back into the room ran the rest of his races and took 12th place over all which is good and the lesson learned it one that we would never have been able to teach him on our own and look at how much he learned.  What a special boy.  I love him so much.

Sage Hills Howarts Night

The school put on a Hogwarts night and they had the kids sit down on a chair with the sorting hat and it would tell them which house they will go to.  They had all kinds of fun activities including making slime, playing quiddich, meeting local authors, and being able to buy fun things on diagnon aly.  

Scarecrow Festival

Every year we have gone to the Scarcrow Festival and had alot of fun going.  Last year Thanksgiving Point did not do the Scarcrow Festival and we found out that our neighbor Mike's school that he work for is the one that puts the Scarecrow Festival on each year and that they had moved it to the school and gave us tickets.  We had so much fun.  Here are some pictures of the kids doing some of the activities that they had there for them to do.

 In this picture you can see Russell and Matt sitting on the lawn watching the kids.

 Hunter waited in line for almost 30 minuets to be able to do this jumping thing.  The kids loved to jump on it and do flips on the tramp.  I think seeing them have so much fun was totally worth the waite.

Neighborhood Halloween Party

Today was one of the many Halloween Party's we did in our neighborhood.  The kids went from house to house playing games and then met in the cul-ta-sac for Hot Chocolate and Donuts.  As part of the fun we had Dave and Sherri come dressed  up in their costumes so that the kids in the neighborhood could have their picture taken with "the Joker and Harley Quinn."  It was way fun!

Today I made Betty a new hair flower headband and I put it in her hair and curled her hair and she looked so beautiful I had to pull out my camera and take her picture.  she is my little poser.

 She wanted to take some funny pictures so she started to pull faces at me.  she is so cute!!

Neighborhood Adult Halloween Party

Here are some pictures from this years Adult Halloween Party.  Each year we have a theme for the Party.  This years theme was:  When I Grow Up I Want To Be... 

The pictures are of those who didn't leave early.  Next year I will have to start taking pics a little earlier.  Some of the couples had theme's behind their costumes and others just dressed up.
