Disneyland Family Trip

2 weeks ago we were all surprised to find out that my sweet Father in law booked a trip to Disney Land for the entire Greene Family. We went May 1st to the 7th. We left right after my neices baptism. We had a few hiccups. We had to replace a bolt that broke on my FIL's car that made it so both the tires would turn when he turned the wheel and didn't end up leaving Spanish Fork until 3:30. We drove through to the state line in Navada and booked rooms at Whisky Pete's. DONT EVER STAY HERE. We arrived at midnight, checked in and went to our rooms. I got Betty ready to put her in the bath tub and there were cock roaches crawling in the tub. Needless to say we got our money back and drove to a different hotel. Then we got up Sunday Morning and drove into Califorina! The weather was perfect. 75-80 degree's the entire trip. We had so much fun with the family.

Some of my favorite parts of the trip were Betty blowing a kiss to Snow White that was way cute! I have a picture taken of us on Splash Mountian, the look on Eastons face is priceless. Everyone is screaming and Easton is sitting in the back with his hands in the air doing the #1 with his finger and a big grin! I love it! I also loved the look on Hunters face ont the space mountian ride. This picture is one of the ones shown! I love it as well. We all had so much fun! The weather was perfect, the crowds were small and the company was great! We all had so much fun! Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Greene for the fun vacation.

My Neices Baptism

Today we had the blessing of being able to attend the baptism of my two neices Kaylie and Rylie and on top of being able to partake in this very special day we had the extra blessing of being able to have Russell be the one to baptise them. It was such a neet experiance. It brought tear to my eyes seeing them dressed in white and being able to partake so much in such a special day! What a blessing it was to us. Congratulations Kaylie and Rylie! We love you!!

Red from head to toe

K- so today I was upstairs in my craft room on my computer and Hunter came upstairs 2 times with some poweraids that he wanted me to open for him and Easton. After about an hour and a half I went down stairs to clean up the house for Russell to come home and to start dinner and they had emptied 4 fruite punch pouches in the drinks and left them on the table with Betty. She spilled them all over the table, floor and chairs and was standing in it with a white shirt on and a wooden spoon. She was red from head to toe literally.

I was in the house doing laundry today and could hear Betty just laughing so I grabbed my camera and ran outside to see Betty pushing Easton up and down the driveway just laughing. It was so cute to watch and video. What do you think???

Happy Valentines Day

For Valentines Day Russell was so sweet he gave Betty a sing pink rose and the boys Pokemon cards. He gave me those beautiful flowers. It was fun to come home on Friday to the fun gifts. On Valentines day we had our annual candle light dinner and the kids and Russell all got their gifts from me. Hunter and Easton got the Nerf swords and Betty got a doll that plays peek-a-boo and Russell got a card with a gift card to Outback and a coupon for a date night that is so needed. I made prime rib dinner and had all sorts of treats after dinner. Chocolat dipped strawberries and bannana's, eclairs, and cinnamon rolls. It was such a fun night! I sure love my family.

I had to take this picture. It was so cute. After church today Easton was resting on the floor Betty went over and just sat on the back of him. He didn't even care so the two of them sat and watched TV. Then Betty gave him loves for being such a great brother.

Fun with my Big Brother

One of Betty's new things that she love to do is to get a piggy back ride from Hunter. She just laughs. Its is funny to watch them because she does the no hands thing when she starts to feel brave and then Hunter has to do every thing he can to hold on to her and not drop her. Its funny to watch them. You can help but to laugh.

Sweet Easton

Easton is so sweet. He is on this new kick where he wants all of his friends to sit or lay down on his new couch bed and watch a movie with him. After scaring all his friends away because they want to go home after he says lay on this bed with me and watch a movie he finally found someone who would.

Funny things kids say....

I wanted to do a post so that I wouldn't forget this when Hunter is older. Last week Easton and I were cooking dinner and he was singing songs that he had learned in primary. One of the songs he was singing was The wise man built his house upon the Rock. As we were singing it Hunter came into the room and said hey you are singing it wrong. You know how in the chorus it says the rain came down and the floods came up....

Hunter say's that the song says the rain came down and the flower came up. I tried to ask him what did the part of the song mean that said where the house washed away and he said that he didn't know that all he knew was that it was flower not floods.

Cute Ha??

I also wanted to add Betty said a new word on Saturday. Any guesses??? Yup Shoes. She doesn't say a lot. Well I take that back she has her own language and jibber but there are few words that she says that I under stand and they are Shoe, Pretty, Ba Ba, Mom and Dad, and No.

Its funny she is ALL girl. The people who see her probably think I am an anil mom who likes to dress up my little girl because when we get dressed up nice she will go to the closet and pick out flower and bows and she will go to her jewelry box and get her "pretties" (necklaces and bracelets) She LOVES them. she will stand there and spin with them on saying pretty. She is my doll. I love her and she makes life fun and full of Pretties.

Happy New Years!

Happy New Years to everyone. As those of you who know me or are related to me know that a tradition that my Grandma Godfrey started with me and my cousin when we were little kids. Santa dose not fill our stockings Baby New years does. This was a tradition that my grandma started because like everyone says you spend months preparing and buying gifts for Christmas and its all over in 1 day. Well not for my family. We have baby new years. It actually works out handy because I always get the candy at 50-75% off ! Yeah Me! Also if your missed something that you didn't put out for Christmas or something that they wanted goes on sale after Christmas you can get it for a good deal as well. Russell found the RC Motorcycle that Easton wanted normally $25.00 for $5.00 YEAH Russell! Anyways it give you something to look forward to after Christmas.



In the kids stockings they got bubble bath. Saturday morning Russell was a sweetie and got in the tub with the kids and their bubbles. They filled my 80 gallon jetted bath tub. Then added their bubbles and turned on the Jets. Betty started to cry immediately so I got her out and started snappen' pictures. Tah Dah........
